Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how a customer can request deletion of personal information associated with Tusker's business communication services.

1. How to request deletion

Send a request to tuskerharley2757@gmail.com with the subject Personal Data Deletion Request.

Provide enough information to identify the relevant customer record, such as your name and the WhatsApp/mobile number used to communicate with Tusker. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, OTPs or unnecessary sensitive information.

2. What happens next

We will review the request and, where appropriate, delete or anonymise personal information that we are not required to retain.

3. Information we may need to retain

Certain records may need to be retained where required for accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, regulatory or other legitimate business purposes.

4. WhatsApp and Meta

If information has also been processed by Meta or WhatsApp, deletion from Tusker's systems does not necessarily delete information held independently by those services. Requests concerning information held directly by Meta should also be made through Meta's applicable privacy or data-request channels.
