1. Who we are

Tusker AI Enterprise is an internal/business communication and inventory-management integration operated by Tusker Motorcycles PVT Ltd. for its dealership operations.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how the service is used, we may process customer information such as name, mobile/WhatsApp number, invoice or transaction references, vehicle or service-related information supplied by the customer, and messages or communication records exchanged through WhatsApp.

3. WhatsApp and Meta services

Where WhatsApp Cloud API services are enabled, customer communications may be transmitted through Meta's WhatsApp services. We use these services to send business communications such as invoices, transaction notifications, service-related messages and other authorised customer communications.

Meta may process information under its own terms and policies.

To communicate with customers through WhatsApp.
To send invoices, receipts, transaction information and authorised business notifications.
To operate and secure the Tusker ERP and related services.
To maintain business records and respond to customer enquiries.

We do not sell customer personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or technology platforms where necessary to provide the requested service, operate the ERP, deliver WhatsApp communications, maintain security, or comply with law.

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No internet-based system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, customer support, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security.

Customers may contact Tusker to request information about personal data held by us, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask about deletion where permitted by applicable law and business-record requirements.
