These Terms describe the general use of Tusker AI Enterprise and its business communication features.

1. Service

Tusker AI Enterprise is used by authorised Tusker business personnel to manage dealership operations and communicate with customers, including through WhatsApp where enabled.

2. Authorised use

Users must use the service only for lawful business purposes and must not misuse customer information, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or use communication features for unlawful or abusive activity.

3. WhatsApp communications

WhatsApp communications are subject to applicable WhatsApp and Meta terms, policies and business-messaging requirements.

4. Business records

Invoices, transaction records and related communications may be retained as part of normal dealership and accounting operations and where required by applicable law.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service operational, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
